Rules for taking part

It is essential that you fully understand the rules for taking part in the programme for which you are submitting a project. If you do not, your proposal might not even be assessed. Besides this, it is reassuring to understand the financial framework in which you are going to develop your innovative products and services.

Your needs

  • ensuring your project will be eligible
  • knowing which countries have to be part of your consortium
  • identifying the level of funding to which you are entitled
  • knowing which are the eligible costs

Our services

NCP Wallonie is the perfect partner to help you prepare your project and save you valuable time. As an expert in international R&D programmes, we have developed an approach that helps you see things more clearly and we draw your attention to the subtleties that are unique to each country/region.

The services we offer focus on:

  • Making sure that your project responds fully to the administrative criteria set by the funding agency.
  • Identifying the level of funding to which you are entitled. This level may vary from one programme to another and depending on your legal status.
  • Securing the eligibility of your costs. From one programme to another, we will advise you, with complete transparency, on potential ways to optimise your direct costs and your model for indirect costs.
  • Defining your participation status. To find out whether you fulfil the European definition of an SME, we have developed a test that is available below.
